We’ve been a little quiet, so we thought it was time to reconnect and share what’s been happening behind the scenes at Forevery Occasion.

In May 2024, we made the difficult decision to move out of our Cloverdale shop. Commercial rent had continued to climb, and like many businesses in the events industry, we were still feeling the effects of the pandemic shutdowns and the long road back to full events.

It wasn’t about stepping back. It was about making a practical decision that would allow us to move forward.

After 7 years, we packed up the shop, moved our inventory into storage, and began creating a new way of working with our clients.

So, What Does Forevery Occasion Look Like Now?

All of our décor, linens, seasonal pieces, backdrops and event items are still very much part of Forevery Occasion. They simply have a new home.

Moving into storage units also means we’re no longer carrying the high overhead of a retail space. Rather than having to build rising rent costs into our pricing, we can keep our focus on providing our clients with great service, beautiful décor and fair pricing.

Our décor consultations mainly take place at our clients’ venues now, which has actually been a great change. It gives clients the opportunity to see how the décor they’ve chosen will look and feel in the actual space, making it easier to picture the final setup and make decisions along the way.

The business may look a little different behind the scenes, but what hasn’t changed is our love of creating beautiful events and helping our clients bring their ideas to life.

We’re also excited to finally share our newly designed website.

As our business has evolved, we wanted our website to better reflect who we are today and make it easier to explore our event planning, coordination and décor services.
